To our very valued clients: We are continuing to experience heavy call volumes which means our project response time has been slowed. We require a minimum of 48 hours for scheduling routine maintenance (Emergencies are attended ASAP) We are currently running as a two person company. Kim staffs our office for 9.5 hours a day, 5 days a week, and Dale does the same hours, plus night call. He is averaging 13 calls per day throughout the communities in our valley. This doesn't include the after hours services he provides. We are doing our best in an industry with a severe labour shortage.
