Friday at the Cannery: Mushroom Quiches, whole to take home or by the slice with our beautiful salad in the bistro

This Friday at the Cannery I will be baking Mushroom Quiches and Baklawa, and at the Sat. market I’ll have the Beer Boule, with caramelized onions and spent barley from the Tin Whistle Brewery, Pastrami Bourekas, Cheese & Blueberry Danishes, and all your usual favourites.

Only two weeks until Thanksgiving, and only 2 more markets left! We will be closed at The Cannery for the week following Thanksgiving, re-opening on Wed., Oct. 18. Be sure to stock up on your favourite items over the next two weeks!

Mediterranean Quiches

This Thursday I will be baking the elegant 10 inch Cherry Clafoutis and Peach Clafoutis, with almond flour, cream, eggs, and Okanagan fruit! ??
