I'm baking Mediterranean Quiches this Thursday at the Cannery, with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives and a whole wheat crust. Take one home, or have a slice with a beautiful salad in the bistro.

It’s been awhile since I’ve baked the Whole Grain Organic Rye (a.k.a. Pumpernickel), with its dense crumb and delicious flavour. I will have it at the market this Sat. along with the Beer Boule and Jewish Rye and all our other delectable treats
