This Friday I will be baking Mushroom Quiches with Creminis, Portobellos and Shitakes, and Fontina and Blue cheeses. You can pick one up at The Cannery or we can bring one to the market on Sat. for you (or have a slice for lunch in the bistro or at the market). At the Saturday market I will have the Puttanesca Olive Bread (photo) (Kalamata olives, capers, olive oil), as well as 5 kinds of Hot Bourekas, including the Smoked Pastrami

Today at The Cannery: fresh out of the oven Mediterranean Quiches, with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Feta, in a whole wheat butter crust. Take one home or have a slice with salad in the bistro for lunch. We'll also have them hot by the slice at the market tomorrow on Front St.!
