See you at the market Saturdays at the Market on Front St.: 8:30 am. – 2 pm.

Quiche Galore: Friday at the Cannery I will have fresh-baked 'Green' Quiche Provencal (with zucchini & broccoli) to take home, or for lunch in the bistro. On Sat. at the market I will have it hot, by the slice, and all three of our quiches are available to take home frozen from either the Cannery or the market: Mediterranean (below), Mushroom, and Provencal. Each has a whole wheat crust and only the finest ingredients

Star Anise buttery Peach Danishes! Every Sat. at the market on Front St., 8:30 am. - 2 pm.

Attention all mushroom lovers: the Mushroom Ragout Sandwich with blue cheese & greens (on our Rosemary Focaccia bun) is back on the menu in the bistro. For those who are eating gluten-free, you can have it on Polenta instead, with a side of our house-made spicy pickles (below)! Wed-Fri. , 11 am.–2 pm.
